**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry:** Accurately and efficiently enter patient and account data into our internal accounting system, utilizing your typing skills (minimum 45 wpm) and 10-key touch.
* **Document Management:** Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Customer Service:** Respond to queries from hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies, providing timely and professional assistance.
* **HIPAA Compliance:** Adhere to strict HIPAA guidelines, maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive patient information.
* **Other Duties:** Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* **High School Diploma:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Technical Skills:** A good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email is essential.
* **Customer Service:** Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
