As a remote employee, you will be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility, work-life balance, and open communication. **Job Summary** As a Part-Time Data Entry Claims Intake Processor, you will be responsible for accurately entering data from insurance claims and authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely turnaround and exceptional client satisfaction. This is a remote opportunity, and we offer flexible work hours between 8am and 4:30pm CST, Monday through Friday. **Key Responsibilities** * Accurately enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by healthcare providers * Enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests expediently and efficiently to meet client turnaround times * Navigate efficiently and effectively through the imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry * Differentiate between different claim types and follow the appropriate data entry guidelines * Accurately identify specific document types that require special handling * Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that work is completed in accordance with designated turnaround times * Support additional workflows as needed due to internal or external requirements * Perform quality review of other team members' claims/authorizations according to established data entry guidelines * Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional responsibilities as needed * Alert management of potential issues upon identification of discrepancies * Provide recommendations on process improvements to increase efficiencies as appropriate **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 6 months or more years of experience in data entry or typing-focused role * Strong data entry/typing skills (8,200 KSPH with a 98% Accuracy Rate required) * Excellent attention to detail * High degree of accuracy **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a healthcare-related field or claims processing environment * Familiarity with imaging software and data entry systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong data entry/typing skills with high accuracy and speed * Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies * Ability to navigate imaging software and data entry systems efficiently * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: * Professional development and training programs * Opportunities for advancement and career growth * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools **Work Environment and Company Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
