Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems, verifying data accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from home, making it an ideal role for individuals who are proactive, reliable, and able to maintain high levels of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system and perform regular data quality checks.
- Update and maintain existing data records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Assist with data extraction and report generation as required by various departments.
- Respond to and resolve data entry-related queries from internal teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Essential Qualifications
