As a remote customer support specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced part-time customer support specialist to join our remote team. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers in the Fife Region. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading beverage company and make a real impact on our customers' experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service and support, remaining positive and professional in all interactions * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) * Previous experience in customer support or technical services * Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in customer service or technical support **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
