As a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our team, working closely with our customers to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards * Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment * Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition * Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs * Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating outstanding customer support experiences * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including working on Saturdays and Sundays as needed **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate * Valid driver's license * Technical aptitude to repair machines * Ability to lift 50 pounds * Adaptability to work on weekends and holidays as needed **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service) * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems and equipment * Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling and priorities * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
