**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Support Specialist. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment, and maintaining all refrigeration equipment in good working condition. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform mechanical services and light remanufacturing on soft drink fountain equipment according to arenaflex's standards
* Investigate and diagnose issues with pop fountain equipment
* Maintain all refrigeration equipment in good working condition
* Move equipment to perform all mechanical services on fountain hardware, including preventative maintenance, software updates, and cosmetic repairs
* Provide exceptional customer service, remaining positive and cooperative, and creating outstanding customer support experiences
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, including working on Saturdays and Sundays as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
* Valid driver's license
* Technical aptitude to repair machines
* Ability to lift 50 pounds
* Adaptability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, customer service)
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Knowledge of soft drink fountain equipment and refrigeration systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
