**Key Responsibilities**
As a part-time Customer Support Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Working an overnight weekend shift (approximately 10pm-7am Friday and Saturday nights)
* Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless network issues for customers over the phone
* Recognizing and understanding how to configure customers' equipment to connect to the Internet via a wireless router, which may include connecting standard consumer electronic devices such as streaming devices, computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and more
* Providing a high level of customer service, educating customers on the use of products and services, and recommending products and services to meet customer needs
* Conducting follow-up calls to customers with recent completed service requests or calls
* Replying to customer email inquiries
* Working with customers to sign up for new service and resolve basic billing issues
* Troubleshooting advanced networking protocols within the company network
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent education
* Previous networking or telephone customer service/support experience
* A basic understanding of computer hardware and software and consumer wireless routers
