Our full-service contact center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is the main point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their projects. **The Role** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis to provide exceptional support and guidance. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to multitask will be essential in this role, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner * Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls, maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor at all times * Book appointments for customers with a high degree of data accuracy, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate * Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing clear and concise information to customers * Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner * Adapt to fast-changing guidelines and customer needs, providing exceptional support and guidance at all times * Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information in a clear and concise manner * Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, ensuring that all customer interactions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence **Qualifications** * High school graduate or G.E.D. * Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment is preferred * Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Ability to multitask, speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously * Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred * Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established quality requirements * Must be able to pass a background check **Benefits** * Opportunity to work from home (after completing a week of in-office onboarding/training) * $15,000 Life Insurance (Company Paid) * 401K plan eligibility after 1 year of service with company match of up to 4% * Weekly/monthly gift card drawings/contests for meeting goals * Career learning and development programs * Casual dress code **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that is inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
