If you're a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to join our arenaflex team. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer inquiries and issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Utilize various sources of information, including paper and electronic resources, to provide accurate and helpful responses * Provide accurate travel directions and information about arenaflex services and policies * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service and support * Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required * Three (3) years of professional customer service experience * One (1) year experience riding arenaflex transportation services * One (1) year experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center environment (preferred) * Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred **Desirable Qualifications** * Knowledge of the arenaflex transportation system, with one or more years' experience as a passenger of arenaflex services * Skill in reading and interpreting maps and directions * Ability to give accurate travel directions * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, in writing, and in person * Ability to utilize numerous sources of paper and electronic information for solving customer inquiries * Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products * Ability to troubleshoot smartphone applications * Ability to resolve customer issues through the use of professional customer service skills and problem-solving skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
