**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to and resolving inbound customer requests related to bank products and services in a timely and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service, building and retaining customer relationships, and differentiating arenaflex from competitors
* Identifying customer concerns or needs, resolving inquiries, and recommending best solutions
* Partnering with other departments to reach mutually satisfactory resolutions and improve future customer experiences
* Maintaining knowledge of deposit, loan, and digital banking services, as well as other banking products
* Consistently meeting or exceeding agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction
* Providing customer service via various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Quickly and accurately assessing the urgency of customer requests and prioritizing accordingly
* Resolving customer issues and complaints involving confidential and financial information
* Serving as a liaison between customers and other bank departments and vendors
* Providing feedback on the usability of our services based on customer interactions
* Performing general clerical duties, operating departmental equipment, and handling detail work
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or GED
* Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
* Previous contact center experience preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and retain customer relationships
* Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and maintain a professional demeanor
* Ability to use a personal computer with experience using Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
