You'll use your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues, while also providing exceptional service and helping customers feel heard. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Handling high-volume calls from customers with post-purchase needs * Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Helping to de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. You should be a strong problem-solver with a knack for de-escalating upset customers.
