**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving customer inquiries, addressing post-purchase needs, and providing empathetic support. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues.
* Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, providing empathetic and professional support.
* Help de-escalate frustrated customers, using your excellent communication and soft skills to resolve conflicts and turn negative experiences into positive ones.
* Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary, using your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized recommendations.
* Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues, share best practices, and continuously improve our customer service processes.
**Who We're Looking For**
* A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills, who can build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers, with a focus on finding creative solutions and resolving issues efficiently.
* Someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage stress effectively.
* Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure our associates have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

**Requirements**
* 18 years or older
* High School Diploma or GED
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months experience in customer service
* Have high-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+, upload 3mbps+, Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Have a secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
* Training will be 19 days of full-time hours, working Monday through Friday 10am – 6:30pm CST starting the week of July 13th
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones
