**Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, and developing and maintaining a knowledge base of evolving products and services.
* Engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably, and turning conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue.
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and ensure a positive experience for our clients.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and adapting to changes in the market.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary.
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
* Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus.
* Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment.
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM and a preference for 40 WPM or above.
**Training and Requirements**
As a remote team member, you'll receive on-the-job training via Zoom, which will cover the following topics:
* arenaflex's products and services
* Customer service best practices
* Industry trends and market analysis
* Technical skills and software training
To ensure your success in this role, you'll need:
* Your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
* A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT.
**Compensation and Benefits**
