**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work closely with our team to develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, ensuring that you're always up-to-date on the latest developments.
**Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding promptly and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience
* Provide accurate and timely information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments with customers, ensuring that our clients' needs are met
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, using our proprietary software to track and analyze interactions
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices
* Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting deadlines
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for technology and great customer service
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
**Requirements**
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with a preference for 40 WPM or above
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions, as this is a remote position
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of full-time remote training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 11:00 am-7:30 pm EDT
