As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients by:
• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
• Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
• Collaborating with our team to resolve client issues and concerns

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
