**Responsibilities**
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
* Handling high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service
* Delivering a highly satisfying customer experience, meeting or exceeding client expectations
* Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
* Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work)
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience
* Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven success in a previous customer service/call center position
* Ability to work remotely in emergency situations
**Qualifications**
