You'll be responsible for: * Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone * Handling high-volume calls with ease and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service and a highly satisfying experience * Utilizing strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools * Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care * Collaborating with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic) * A high school diploma or equivalent * Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position * Ability to work remotely in emergency situations * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities **Qualifications** While multi-language capability is not required, we welcome candidates with language skills and experience working in a multicultural environment.
