As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing customer requests, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts and materials. If you have a passion for customer service, logistics, and data entry, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. **Key Responsibilities** As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Customer Service**: Interact with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to domestic and/or international order processing. * **Order Processing**: Process orders for materials for both domestic and/or international requests in accordance with arenaflex policy and practice. * **Order Management**: Coordinate and perform activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision, and preparation of shipping documents. * **Returns Management**: Receive customer requests and prepare documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges. * **Database Management**: Update databases with status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. * **Reporting and Record-Keeping**: Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. * **Document Management**: Ensure service information is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms. * **Materials Handling**: Handle requests for additional company materials. * **Returns and Credits**: Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing, and resolve return credit problems. * **Consigned Material Transfer**: Coordinate and perform activities associated with the transfer of consigned material. * **Order Tracking and Customs Clearance**: Coordinate and perform activities associated with order tracking and customs clearance by working with transportation carriers and brokers. **Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills, knowledge, and expertise: * **Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge**: + Direct customer support experience including administrative experience. + Order processing experience or an equivalent combination of formal training in logistics, data processing, marketing, international business, finance, and accounting, production control, or related office and business education. + Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. + Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday), SAP, Salesforce equivalent ERP product, and productivity software desired. * **Typical Education and Experience**: Associate degree or equivalent. 1-3 years of related experience. **Benefits** As an arenaflex employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * **401k**: arenaflex offers a 401k plan to help you save for your future. * **401K Matching**: arenaflex matches a portion of your 401k contributions to help you grow your retirement savings. * **Paid Time Off**: arenaflex offers paid time off to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance. * **Sick Time**: arenaflex provides sick time to help you take care of yourself when you need it. * **Generous Benefits Package**: arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package that pays 100% of medical, dental, and vision. * **Short Term Disability**: arenaflex provides short-term disability benefits to help you recover from illness or injury. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
