**Key Responsibilities**
As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global processes and systems that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Process Optimization**: Design, develop, and implement process improvements that drive business growth, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
* **Team Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, drive process improvements, and enhance customer experience.
* **Quality Management**: Develop and implement quality management systems that ensure consistency and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
* **Change Management**: Drive change management initiatives that support business growth, process improvements, and cultural transformation.
* **Performance Metrics**: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of our processes and systems.
* **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners, to understand their needs and expectations.
* **Global Coordination**: Coordinate global operations, including managing relationships with international partners and vendors.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as operations management, business administration, or logistics.
* **Six Sigma Certification**: Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in process improvement.
* **Lean or ASQ Certification**: Lean or ASQ certification or equivalent experience in process improvement.
* **Project Management Certification**: Project management certification, such as PMP or Agile, is a plus.
* **Change Management Experience**: Experience in driving change management initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
