With a strong focus on innovation and growth, arenaflex offers a unique opportunity for professionals to develop their skills and advance their careers. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** As an Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless operations * Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks * Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment * Working in an environment with varying noise levels and temperatures * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs) **Our Operations Network** arenaflex's Operations network is a complex system that involves three major components: * First mile: where products are housed and ready for order * Middle mile: where orders are hauled to your area * Last mile: when products are delivered to the customer's door While each workflow has slight variations, our vision and dedication to the customer remain constant.
