As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As an Online Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for the following key areas: ### Recruitment & Onboarding * Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling to ensure a smooth hiring process. * Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure effective integration into the team, including providing essential information and resources. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding programs that enhance the employee experience. ### Employee Relations * Act as a primary contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns from call center employees, providing timely and effective support. * Support employee engagement and address workplace issues effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee recognition programs that foster a sense of community and appreciation. ### HR Administration * Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and performance, to ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. * Process HR paperwork, such as contracts and terminations, in a timely and efficient manner. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes that support business objectives. ### Training & Development * Help organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs for staff, ensuring that employees have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. * Track and report on employee training progress, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement training programs that align with business objectives. ### Compliance & Reporting * Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws, maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity. * Prepare and maintain HR reports on staffing and turnover, providing insights that inform business decisions. * Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement compliance programs that support business objectives. ### Support & Coordination * Collaborate with HR team members on various HR functions and initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. * Coordinate with call center management to meet staffing and operational needs, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and efficiently. * Provide support and guidance to employees, ensuring that they have the resources and information needed to excel in their roles. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an HR role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. * Skills: + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Technical Proficiency: - Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus. + Problem-Solving: - Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and resolve issues proactively. **Benefits** At arenaflex, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports your career growth, well-being, and work-life balance.
