**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support, handling inquiries via email, chat, and direct messaging. Your main tasks will involve resolving customer issues, providing effective solutions, and maintaining our standard of exceptional service. With thorough training provided, you'll be well-equipped to handle a wide range of customer inquiries and provide top-notch support.
**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
* Expressing genuine empathy and concern for your customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
* Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
* Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
* Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
* Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
* Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them appropriately to management
* Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
* Typing 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
* Possessing strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and a great understanding of text and chat acronyms
* Working independently and utilizing resources to resolve customer issues
* Having excellent grammar and knowing when to use the lingo
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
* Excellent grammar and spelling skills
* Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
* Previous work from home experience preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
