**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer support, handling inquiries via email, chat, and direct messaging. Your main tasks will involve resolving customer issues, providing effective solutions, and maintaining our standard of exceptional service. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have strong written communication skills. **Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Expressing genuine empathy and concern for your customers' issues and addressing them as if they were your own
* Answering, evaluating, and prioritizing requests from customers having questions or experiencing problems with services or products
* Identifying high-risk customer situations and escalating them appropriately without hesitation
* Keeping up with multiple chats at a time and accurately documenting all required information and chat details in the ticketing system
* Responding to and resolving open issues in an appropriate time frame
* Identifying trends related to systems, platforms, and/or customers and escalating them appropriately to management
* Multi-tasking using multiple systems and skillfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure
* Maintaining punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times
* Typing 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
* Possessing strong messaging communication skills, active listening abilities, and the ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
* Having a great understanding of text and chat acronyms and excellent grammar, but also knowing when to use the lingo
* Having previous work-from-home experience (preferred)
* Understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong written communication skills
* Ability to type 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above consistently
* Previous customer service experience (not required, but preferred)
* Ability to work independently and utilize resources to resolve customer issues
* Strong messaging communication skills and active listening abilities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous work-from-home experience
* Understanding of contact center support metrics and the ability to implement actions for improvement
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
