**The Inside Sales Function at arenaflex**
The Inside Sales function at arenaflex is responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing clients, developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and growing our revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell, and up-sell of new opportunities.
**Essential Key Responsibilities**
As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Fulfill the role of trusted advisor**: Develop strong, positive relationships with clients and provide expert guidance on arenaflex solutions.
* **Prospect, qualify, and process leads**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various lead generation sources.
* **Develop and maintain an active pipeline**: Forecast and manage sales opportunities to meet annual quota objectives.
* **Grow the revenue stream**: Identify new logo opportunities, win-back opportunities, and close cross-sell opportunities.
* **Effectively communicate the value proposition**: Use a consultative approach to communicate the value of arenaflex solutions to prospective customers.
* **Maintain accurate data**: Ensure consistent and accurate data in Salesforce to support territory, account planning, and forecasting.
* **Work independently and as part of a team**: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pre-sales, client success, marketing, data, product, delivery, and customer service teams.
**Education and Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's Degree**: Required
* **2-4 years of relevant experience**: Prior experience in high-value, business-to-business solution sales is preferred.
**Essential Skills and/or Certifications**
As a New Customer Acquisition Representative I, you will need to possess:
* **Minimum of two (2) years of high-value, business-to-business, solution sales experience**: Proven success in new customer acquisition and a strong track record of consistent sales achievement.
* **Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team**: Flexibility to adapt and manage change in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
* **Salesforce expertise**: Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* **Positive "can-do" attitude**: Strong desire to be successful and a sense of urgency to meet sales objectives.
* **Strong phone presence**: Active listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
* **Excellent verbal and written communications skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* **Ownership mindset**: Problem-solving, curiosity, and a proactive approach to driving success.
