**What You'll Do**
As a Native French Customer Support Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients' customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels
* Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
* Meeting team KPIs and performance metrics
* Staying up-to-date with the latest cutting-edge technology and trends
* Working with sensitive customer information in a secure and confidential manner
* Applying the latest customer happiness practices and techniques
* Maintaining a working knowledge of our clients' products and services
* Communicating effectively with developers, other departments, and stakeholders from various IT companies
**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess:
* Native French and English communication skills
* At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
* Strong analytical and research skills
* A positive and responsible attitude
* A personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
**Nice to Have**
While not required, experience with CRM systems and a background in crypto/finance would be a great asset in this role.
