**Responsibilities**
As a Mobile Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in challenging situations
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether through phone, email, chat, or social media
* Communicating effectively with customers through various channels, ensuring that their needs are met and concerns are addressed
