About the Position

Responsibilities
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, adhering to careerzynith's data protection policies.
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and taking ownership of customer concerns.
- Appropriately communicate with customers, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
- Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, using effective conflict resolution techniques.
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate, ensuring seamless handovers to other teams or departments.
- Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
- Provide feedback on call issues, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process enhancements.
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service.
- Over 18 years of age, with a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Ability to type 25 wpm, with strong keyboarding skills and accuracy.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and relevant software applications.
- Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
