As a key member of the Southwest Business Department, you'll coach and help to professionally develop the Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management, driving sales growth, establishing formal partnerships, and broadening awareness of arenaflex corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to drive sales growth and establish formal partnerships
* Broaden awareness of arenaflex corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Identify and hire trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry
* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and establish formal partnerships
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Provide training and support to Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the managed travel industry
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing formal partnerships
* Strong understanding of the managed travel industry and its trends and challenges
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Strong understanding of the State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
* Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activity in the managed travel industry
