**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you'll have the unique opportunity to engage directly with our top clients, reviewing their media investments and identifying ways to optimize and grow their business at arenaflex. You'll work closely with sales and account management to formulate media strategies, develop test and learn plans, and elevate your clients' understanding of the arenaflex customer. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth, and your insights will shape the future of our retail media business.
**What You'll Do**
As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll be responsible for:
* Creating annual strategic learning plans for the businesses you support, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives
* Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth
* Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments
* Regularly delivering these recommendations to internal leadership (VP+) and external vendor-partners of all levels
* Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Crafting compelling data stories that support sales pitches and case studies, showcasing the power of data-driven insights
* Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management)
* Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
* Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
* A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)
* Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
* Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)
