**Job Summary**
As a part-time Manager, Analytics, you will be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results. Your expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving will be essential in helping us to surface key insights, inform business decisions, and drive a culture of data-driven excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development and implementation of paid media examination capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business results
* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive progress towards business objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing teams, product managers, and other business leaders
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and analytics
* Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field
* Strong expertise in data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights in large datasets
* Experience with data visualization tools and technologies, including Tableau, Power BI, and other relevant platforms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or a related field
* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
