Your main responsibility will be to understand the customers' needs and provide efficient and effective solutions in a timely manner. You'll work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues, and you'll be responsible for documenting and tracking customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. **Key Responsibilities** • Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via live chat, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our products and services, using your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to find creative solutions • Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring that all customer information is up-to-date and accurate • Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues, working closely with our technical teams to find solutions • Conduct follow-up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved, and to gather feedback on our services • Keep up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, and to identify areas for process improvement • Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, using your knowledge of our products and services to drive innovation • Meet and exceed set performance metrics, including response time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service **Qualifications** • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving complex issues • Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and a passion for delivering exceptional results • Familiarity with CRM software is preferred, but not required • Knowledge of technology and engineering services is a plus, but not required **Why Work for arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value our employees and believe that they are our biggest asset.
