**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, professional, and helpful responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to incoming customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting
* Providing accurate, clear, and concise information to customers
* Escalating complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
* Documenting customer interactions and feedback accurately in internal systems
* Meeting performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and chat handling volume
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
* Prior experience in customer support, preferably in live chat or email support (preferred but not required)
* Excellent written communication skills and strong grammar/spelling
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations at once
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
* Comfortable using chat platforms, CRMs, and other online support tools
* Fast and reliable internet connection with a quiet remote workspace
* Typing speed of at least 40+ WPM with high accuracy
**Shift Availability**
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following shift options:
* Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
* Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on scheduling needs
