**The Role**
As a Live Chat Representative/ Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service standards and advice to resolve their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop account plans to enhance service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
* Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues.
* Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels and work with various stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
* Developing account plans to enhance service delivery.
* Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
* Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
* Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
* Escalating customer feedback as required.
**The Ideal Candidate**
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who has a proven track record in Client Services or Customer Service roles, ideally within the Telecommunications industry. You'll possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes. Your analytical skills will be strong, and you'll be comfortable dealing with numerical data. As a team player, you'll be able to manage multiple stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of experience in a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build high-performing teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of mentoring and coaching.
* Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
* Certification in customer service or a related field.
