We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat Representative/ Customer Service Agent who can provide exceptional service to our clients. If you have:
* At least 1 year of experience in a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Telecommunications industry.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data and identify opportunities for improvement.
