**Job Summary**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Live Chat specialist to join our remote team. As a Live Chat specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through live chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat
* Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

* 5% commission on sales, with an average commission of $20-$30 per container sold
