* Answering queries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier service to ensure customer satisfaction
* Handling multiple incoming requests for information and remaining composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service
* Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and support across all channels
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is adept at handling multiple incoming requests for information and remains composed under pressure while delivering enthusiastic customer service. The ideal candidate should possess:

* Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
