**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner. You will assist customers with their inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage, and other travel-related concerns. Your goal is to provide timely, accurate, and friendly support while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
**Key Responsibilities**
