**Position Overview**
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, with opportunities for career growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
