**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be the initial point of contact for our passengers, guiding them through their travel inquiries, booking processes, and flight updates. You'll work in a remote setting, engaging with customers through our chat platform to address their queries and provide timely information. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers through the chat platform to address inquiries and provide timely information
* Assist passengers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications
* Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing suitable solutions

* Update customer information and document interactions in the system accurately
