**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, providing expert guidance on product usage, and maintaining accurate product knowledge. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities**
* Manage inbound customer communications, including answering incoming emails, phone calls, and live chats
* Consult with customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure that information provided to customers is strategic and effective
* Track interactions in our CRM system to ensure cross-functional awareness and relationship development
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to customers
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
* 1-2 years of proven experience in supporting client success, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customer expectations
