**Job Details**
* **Pay Rate:** $25 an hour
* **Monthly Bonus:** Earn up to $1,200 a month
* **Schedules:** 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, with every third Saturday and 9-hour Mondays, and a shortened day during the week to ensure 40 hours
* **Location:** Remote, with occasional travel to one of our office locations within 70 miles of Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Eden Prairie, MN; Keene, NH; Phoenix, AZ; or St. Joseph, MO
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producer Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring prompt resolution for customers by gathering and entering information
* Developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients on newly enacted services
* Acting as an important resource for customers on company or product policies
* Troubleshooting simple usability issues and referring complex issues to the appropriate partners
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License
* Previous customer service experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to problem solve and multitask in fast-paced environments
* High-speed home internet and a quiet work environment
* High School Diploma or GED
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
