As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive community. **Responsibilities:** As an Experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences * Advising clients on insurance plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they make informed decisions * Processing new and/or amended enrollments in a timely and efficient manner * Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and personalized experiences * Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment * An active Personal Lines resident license to sell insurance * A high school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities * Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems * A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature * Ability to pass a background check and reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence **Nice-to-Haves:** * Bilingual in Spanish (preferred for higher pay rate) **Benefits:** As an arenaflex team member, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive pay rate of $18/hr.
