Our team of experts is dedicated to providing friendly, polite, and expert service to all customers, and we are seeking a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate who shares our passion for delivering high-quality service. **Key Responsibilities** As a Lead Retail Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing production processes, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your key responsibilities will include: * Demonstrating consultative behaviors to ensure friendly, polite, expert service is delivered to all customers * Managing production flow to ensure all production orders are completed accurately and on time * Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, performing consultative selling to customers, and recommending arenaflex products and services * Tracking and logging all production jobs * Taking lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling, and running production orders, including finishing services and large job management * Setting up complex orders and performing multiple tasks at the same time * Ensuring quality during and after the production process * Ensuring communication among shifts * Coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders * Providing leadership to team members on an assigned shift * Assisting in the training of store team members * Collating, sorting, and organizing customer orders * Operating the Point of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change * Completing required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Following instructions of supervisors and assisting other team members in performing store functions * Following arenaflex standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, and security policies and procedures * Providing customer service by determining appropriate shipping methods, informing customers of company products, services, routes, and rates * Ensuring quality customer service is given to customers by providing packaging services, as well as offering information about company products and services * Offering assistance to customers by suggesting appropriate shipping methods * Maintaining inventory of shipping supplies * Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent education * 2+ years of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be beneficial in this role: * Experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping services * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at once * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Experience with Point of Sale systems and financial software **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Health insurance * Vision insurance * Dental insurance * Retirement plan * Tuition reimbursement **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
