**Key Responsibilities**
As a Junior Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, addressing queries related to order processing, returns, and service claims. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling live chat interactions with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Logging in to our chat system at the start of your shift and managing customer interactions efficiently
* Logging out at the end of your shift, ensuring all inquiries have been addressed
