**Job Summary**
We're seeking a Junior Credentialing Specialist to perform data entry and analysis tasks in support of our credentialing efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our credentialing data. **Key Responsibilities**
* Perform data entry tasks in support of credentialing efforts, including data collection, verification, and analysis
* Ensure the accuracy and completeness of credentialing data, including provider information, licensure, and certification
* Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for process improvements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve credentialing issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain relationships with providers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely credentialing data
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance credentialing processes and outcomes
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Essential Qualifications**
* 4 years of work experience in data entry or credentialing, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
