**Responsibilities**
As a Junior Compliance Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring data integrity and payroll operations at arenaflex. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Verifying start and stop times in the PATS system for each associate each day, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Reviewing each associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
* Keying in indirect time from indirect logs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Analyzing and manipulating raw data to generate necessary reports, creating assignments in PATS, and storing raw data appropriately to meet data retention requirements.
* Keying in exception and adjustment logs, ensuring all logs are turned in for each associate each day and reporting any issues to area supervisors.
* Monitoring that all logs returned to the supervisor for correction are turned back into the office in a timely manner.
* Archiving all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements.
* Training as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process.
* Performing routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep.
* Performing other clerical duties, as needed, to assist in building daily operations.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Junior Compliance Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Knowledge of the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, with experience in data entry and payroll operations.
* One year of related business experience, with PC experience preferred.
* Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures desired.
* Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* A well-organized workstation and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* Bilingual skills, with proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages.
* Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as SQL or Crystal Reports.
