**Job Summary**
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our policyholders to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and ensure that they have the right coverage to protect their assets. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle property & casualty (p&c) related customer service and/or billing inquiries and problems via the telephone
* Provide policyholders with plan coverage information, quotes, policy changes, and policy change impacts to premium
* Review and update policies to enhance retention and better meet the needs of the consumer
* Counsel policyholders concerning appropriate coverage, policy limits, payment options, and state laws that will best meet their needs for sufficient protection against risks covered by Property and Casualty insurance
* Make appropriate recommendations and/or changes to the policy and gain policyholder acceptance to process the changes
* Receive and respond to calls and emails received by the insurance service center, documenting all activity in EPIC
* Utilize knowledge of insurance industry and club insurance agency policies and procedures to provide efficient and professional customer service
* Provide quotes on endorsements as requested
* Identify opportunities to apply discounts, process insurance verification forms for insured, and act as liaison for information exchange between customer and insurance companies
* Process changes to policies within EPIC and submit changes to specific companies, following up with company to ensure change requests have been processed in a timely manner
* Review policy information and references company-specific claims procedures to assist insured in filing claims
* Mail insured documentation to be signed and returned as necessary, following up to ensure documentation has been returned in a timely manner from member/customer
* Recognize cross-sell opportunities (membership and insurance) and obtain quote information
* Perform other duties as assigned
**What We're Looking For**
* High school diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of increasingly complex customer service experience in an insurance environment
* Property and Casualty insurance license required
* Membership license preferred and/or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in EPIC and other insurance software systems
* Ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace

**Work Schedule**
* Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. CST with rotating Saturdays with team
* Saturday hours would be 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
