Our team of dedicated professionals shares a common goal: to make a positive impact on people's lives through our insurance solutions and customer-centric approach. **Job Summary** As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling property and casualty insurance-related customer service and billing inquiries, providing expert guidance on policy coverage, quotes, and changes. You'll work closely with our policyholders to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure seamless policy management.
