**Responsibilities**
As an Insurance Claims Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Servicing property damage claims, including auto claims, and ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients
* Checking the status of claims for updates and providing necessary information to clients via phone and email
* Answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing and resolution
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of client interactions and claims status
* Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
**Essential Skills**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle high-volume calls and emails
* 1+ year of high-volume call center experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong knowledge of claims handling and property damage claims
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
* Experience with servicing property damage claims for auto
* Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
* Certification in claims handling or customer service
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
**Pay and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
