**The Role**
As an Experienced Information Investigator, you'll be part of a high-performing team that utilizes data, analytics, and experimentation to drive business growth and inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Operations, to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with business leaders to identify key business challenges and develop data-driven solutions to address them
* Design and implement a continuous experiences pipeline to ensure that all stakeholders have access to timely and relevant Pack intelligence
* Conduct in-depth pattern analyses to identify drivers of Pack growth and develop strategies to optimize them
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer segments and their behavior, using data to inform marketing and product decisions
* Work with other Examination teams to integrate Pack data from various sources and develop a comprehensive understanding of customer behavior
* Develop and maintain expertise in data analysis tools and techniques, including R/Python/SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, using clear and compelling storytelling techniques
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Information Analysis, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
* Proven experience with data analysis tools and techniques, including R/Python/SAS, SQL, and data visualization tools
* Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and other quantitative methodologies
* Ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions
* Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the streaming media industry or other membership-based services
* Experience working with Advertising teams or in the Marketing industry
* Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
* Experience with data management and governance frameworks, including data quality and data security

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
