About the Role
This is a virtual, inbound sales specialist job where you will handle inbound sales calls (approximately 40 per day), happily helping clients find and buy their ideal items. Your daily schedule will be available in our booking system, designed to allow maximum availability and responsiveness to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Come to your shift prepared, timed in, signed in, and ready to offer a first-class client purchasing experience.
- Handle inbound sales calls, assisting clients in finding and buying their ideal items.
- Contact item providers to seek additional information that may not be available on the blithequark site.
- Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow (testing questions, accepting the sale, building compatibility, etc.).
- Consider the client's needs and consistently look for ways to upgrade their experience by upselling or strategically pitching items they may not initially consider that will support their primary purchase.
- Participate actively in commitment activities, selling challenges, and other aspects of our culture.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency during your shift, with minimal distractions.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in a call center/retail/virtual environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically in a high-speed environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, while maintaining a high level of problem-solving skills
- Reliable and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
